my work is rooted in creative freedom, collaboration, and an individual visual approach. i retain creative discretion over filming, editing, pacing, color, music, and overall presentation unless specific creative direction is agreed upon beforehand.

inspiration and references are always welcome. however, i will not recreate another creator’s work frame-by-frame or reproduce someone else’s style or work exactly. references are used as inspiration, not replication.

projects are completed according to the services, deliverables, and expectations agreed upon before filming. requests outside of the agreed-upon scope may require additional time, compensation, or a separate agreement.

for volunteer and collaboration projects, work is completed based on mutual agreement and my availability. unpaid projects do not include guaranteed expedited turnaround times or unlimited revisions and requests.

i believe creative services should remain accessible whenever possible. for projects that need additional financial support, i offer sliding-scale pricing based on individual circumstances and project needs.

if a standard rate is outside of your budget, please feel comfortable reaching out to discuss available options. sliding-scale rates are considered on a project-by-project basis and do not change the agreed-upon scope or expectations of the work.

work is considered final once delivered and may not be altered, re-edited, or otherwise modified without my prior permission.

additional revisions requested after delivery may be subject to additional fees and are not guaranteed unless previously agreed upon.

i retain ownership and creative rights to footage i create.

for volunteer and collaboration projects, i reserve the right to use footage and final edits for my personal portfolio, website, social media, and other self-promotional purposes.

for paid projects, usage rights, ownership, exclusivity, raw footage, and additional edits can be negotiated and agreed upon separately.

raw or unedited footage is not automatically included with a final deliverable and will only be provided if specifically agreed upon.

turnaround times are discussed and agreed upon before a project begins. timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project, my availability, and the needs of the project.

creative work takes time. especially for unpaid or collaborative projects, requests for rushed delivery or work outside of the agreed-upon scope cannot be guaranteed.

i value clear communication, respect, and realistic expectations throughout the creative process. agreeing to a project means agreeing to the scope, timeline, deliverables, and creative boundaries established beforehand.

requests for additional work, expedited delivery, or deliverables that were not originally agreed upon may require a separate discussion and/or additional compensation.
